Online Mindfulness Meditation Class

Substituting for Rebecca Hines' 7:45 PM – 9:00 PM class Beginners Welcome! This class offers instruction and guidance in the practice of mindfulness meditation and teachings of awareness and compassion. The class includes practices that support opening to life and finding freedom in the midst of daily life. Brief gentle movement also included. Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Class- ONLINE

Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk of 30-45 minutes, and time for sharing and discussion.
