This summer, gift yourself with a staycation and experience the power of pause and reflection. A time to sit, stay, and relax into your true nature. This daylong journey will include mindful movement, guided and silent meditation, journaling, deep relaxation techniques, discussion, and sharing.
Chairs, sitting cushions, blankets, and other props will be provided. We suggest that whenever possible you wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
