Half-day: Spring Cleanse for the Soul

At this workshop, we will explore mindfulness techniques that enable us to work with some of the thoughts, feelings, and actions that create clutter in our lives in order to make space for more ease, freedom, and possibilities to emerge.
This workshop will include:
- a course workbook
- light movement
- guided visualization and meditations
- self-inquiry, reflection, journaling, and intention setting
- discussion and sharing
- Chairs, sitting cushions, blankets, and other props will be provided. We suggest that whenever possible you wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing. This venue is not wheelchair accessible.
All are welcome. No previous experience is required.
