Welcome the Summer Solstice by taking a journey within the splendor of your own light. Gift yourself with a staycation and experience the power of pause and reflection. A time to sit, stay, and relax into your true nature. In this workshop, you will be led to connect with your breath, body, and heart with curiosity, openness, and acceptance through deep relaxation techniques, guided meditation, self-inquiry, discussion, and sharing.

No prior experience necessary. Chairs, cushions, blankets, and other props will be provided. We suggest that whenever possible you wear or bring comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
