Mindfulness Based Life Skills© (MBLS) for Adults with ADHD

New to IMCW, MBLS© is a program that combines tried and true techniques commonly used in the management of ADHD with the power, technology, and wisdom of mindfulness training.
In a small group setting, you will learn and practice concrete life skills that will be enhanced by mindfulness techniques. The synergistic effects of these two modalities will allow you to effectively create more order and invite more ease and clarity into your life. The following content areas will be covered in this 5-week series:
- Organization and Time Management
- Finances
- Relationships
