Certified Life Coach & Meditation Teacher
Slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to this body, breath, heart, and natural world around you through mindfulness meditation practices. This afternoon will include guided sitting, walking, and lying-down meditations, mindful sharing, and movement practices in the rolling hills of Frederick, Maryland.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable for this outdoor offering. Chairs and a few sitting cushions, blankets, and other props will be provided. In case of inclement weather, we will move indoors. This venue is not accessible for those with mobility impairments.
All are welcome. No former experience is required.
2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.: Mindfulness practices
5:30 p.m.-6 p.m.: Optional wine tasting ($10/person purchase at vineyard)
