Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation Session

An oasis in a busy week, guest teacher Linda Naini’s class focuses on cultivating freedom and peace in our lives by bringing a non-judging awareness to our moment-to-moment experience. It includes an introductory talk, two guided meditations (roughly 15 and 30 minutes), brief mindful movement, sharing and Q & A.
Suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, the class has a warm focus on building community. All are welcome!
After the sitting, those with the time and inclination often adjourn to a nearby restaurant to continue the dharma discussion or for more informal sharing or exploration of the state of the world.
Drop in — no registration required
Suggested dana (generosity) $10-$20.
If you’re unable to contribute the suggested amount, please donate whatever you feel comfortable with; money should not be an obstacle to participating!
