Mindful Movement Class

Optional mindful movement classes are held each week before Tara Brach’s Wednesday night drop-in mediation class. Mindful movement sessions are held in the Fireside room at River Road Unitarian, and are led by guest teachers each week. Mats are not provided so please bring one and any other material you might need for the session.
