30-Minute Morning Mindfulness (Online)

In this 30 minute class you will become familiar with and practice various techniques and applicable skills of mindfulness meditation. Newcomers to meditation and longtime practitioners are welcome. This class is held via zoom at 9AM EST/8AM CST and is offered through two studios- ExtendYoga in Bethesda, MD and Yoga Shala Nashville in Nashville, TN. Monday Night Meditation in Takoma Park- Online

As a precautionary measure in response to COVID-19 this class will be held via video conference until further notice. Learn to meditate or deepen your meditation practice in a warm, kind, and supportive community. We meditate together and explore diverse aspects of insight (vipassana) meditation and related practices. The weekly group is drop-in and donation-based. This class offers instruction and guidance in the practice of mindfulness meditation and teachings of awareness and compassion.
