Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation Session

Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk of 30-45 minutes, and time for sharing and discussion. The teachers share teaching responsibilities and each teach about once a month. No registration is necessary. Learn to meditate or deepen your meditation practice in a warm, kind, and supportive community. Slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to your body, breath, heart, and the natural world around you through heart centered mindfulness meditation practices.
