Learn to meditate or deepen your meditation practice in a warm, kind, and supportive community. We meditate together and explore diverse aspects of insight (vipassana) meditation and related practices. The weekly group is drop-in and donation-based. Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation Session

This meditation class meets at the Potter’s House on Columbia Road. Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk of 30-45 minutes, and time for sharing and discussion. Mindfulness Amongst The Bonsai
