Slow down, awaken your senses, and come home to this body, breath, heart, and natural world around you through heart centered mindfulness meditation practices. This afternoon will include heart centered guided sitting/standing meditations, mindful sharing, exploration, and movement practices in the rolling green hills of Frederick, Maryland.
3-5 pm: Heart centered mindfulness meditation practices.
5-5:45 pm: Guided walk of the horse farm and vineyards, followed by an optional complimentary wine tasting.
All are welcome. No former experience is required.
