Friday 30-Minute Meditation – Online

In this 30-minute session you will become familiar with and practice various techniques and applicable skills of mindfulness meditation. Newcomers to meditation and longtime practitioners are welcome.
This class is held via zoom at 9AM EST and is offered through ExtendYoga in Bethesda, MD.
