Drop-In Mindfulness Meditation Session

Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk of 30-45 minutes, and time for sharing and discussion.
The teachers share teaching responsibilities and each teach about once a month.
No registration is necessary. This class is offered freely; donations are welcomed to help support the teachers and venue.
Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend IMCW classes. Chairs, cushions, and blankets are always provided and you may also bring your own sitting gear.
