Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Class- ONLINE

This class consists of mindful movement, a 30-minute guided meditation, a 30-minute dharma talk, opportunities for practice, and discussion/sangha building.
Insight meditation trains us to live more fully in the present moment, enables us to experience life from a greater stillness, and aids us in relating to both ourselves and others with increased clarity, compassion, calmness and creativity.
Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome. No registration is necessary.
