Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Class- ONLINE

As a precautionary measure in response to COVID-19 this class will be held via video conference until further notice.
Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes a 30-minute guided meditation, a dharma (teaching) talk of 30-45 minutes, and time for sharing and discussion.
The teachers share teaching responsibilities and each teach about once a month.
Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend IMCW classes. IMCW aspires to create a safe, supportive community. We welcome everyone with an interest in meditation, regardless of identity, orientation or background.
