Drop-In Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Session

This Introduction to Meditation class is taught by IMCW teachers once each month at 6:30 p.m. before Tara Brach’s class. Please follow the signs when you walk into River Road Unitarian.
IMCW also offers Introduction to Meditation class series several times a year. However, since the meditation at Wednesday night is always guided, you are welcome to attend the class as a beginner.
There is no registration for this class.
Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend IMCW classes. Chairs are always provided or you may bring your sitting gear.
This venue is accessible for those with mobility impairments.
