Creating a Sacred Space: Tools for staying grounded during the holidays

November 8 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Your Sacred Space is where you can find yourself again and again

-Joseph Cambell

We live in a time where it’s very easy to move through the days, weeks, and years without connecting to our most authentic self. Going to bed each night feeling great because we checked off everything on our to do list or feeling stressed because there was so much left to do, only to realize years later that the lists had nothing to do with what was most important to us. Our heart’s desires were left unfulfilled in our haste to get things done.

They say that the way you live today is the way you live your life. So how are you living your life? Have you had time for authenticity and connection today?

In this workshop led by acupuncturist and Reiki practitioner Elizabeth Baer, L.Ac and IMCW mindfulness teacher Linda Naini, you will learn how to create a grounding space in your home or office to keep you connected to what really matters, even in hectic times.

Each participant will:

  • Explore the elements of a sacred space and how to use crystals, oracle cards, and oils to ground yourself
  • Practice mindfullness meditation
  • Learn how to energetically clear yourself and your space
  • Begin to create your own unique alter with provided materials*
  • Receive a course workbook

*included in your altar kit: clearing herb of palo santo or sage, candle(s), Himalyan sea salt chunk, affirmation cards, choice of crystal, abalone shell and more.

No experience required, beginners welcome!
