30-Minute Morning Mindfulness (Online)

October 9 @ 9:00 am - 9:30 am

In this 30 minute class you will become familiar with and practice various techniques and applicable skills of mindfulness meditation. Newcomers to meditation and longtime practitioners are welcome.

This class is held via zoom at 9AM EST/8AM CST and is offered through two studios- ExtendYoga in Bethesda, MD and Yoga Shala Nashville in Nashville, TN.
